  • Yes! I am in network with Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and Quest. If you have out of network benefits I can also submit these claims for you. If you aren’t sure about your benefits, that’s okay, just send me an email and I can look into it.

  • Each client is allotted one free cancellation per quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec). This cancellation can be taken weeks in advance or a minute before our session time. After that one free cancellation, any session that is not able to be rescheduled within a two week period will be counted as a paid cancellation. The paid cancellation fee is the same as your session fee.

  • Yes, sessions are weekly. You are also welcome to come more than once a week, but I find that a bi-weekly schedule doesn’t allow for the relationship building and continuity of care that is important to our work. Of course if you’re sick, need to take a week off, feel overwhelmed and don’t want to meet etc. we can definitely cancel or reschedule! 

  • Yes, it is okay and encouraged. My biggest goal for you is to get the best care possible. If that is with me, that’s awesome, and if it’s not, that’s also awesome. Good job advocating for yourself! Finding the right fit for therapy is hard and seeking out different therapists is a good way to see who feels like the best fit for you.
